Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking an experienced Head of Facilities to lead the delivery of Facilities Management and Workplace Services across their London office.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance and workplace experience. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee all aspects of Facilities, Front of House, Office Services and Hospitality, ensuring employees and clients receive an exceptional level of service.

Key responsibilities include managing outsourced service providers, overseeing Health & Safety and statutory compliance, managing facilities budgets, negotiating supplier contracts and monitoring performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs. You will work closely with landlords, managing agents and senior stakeholders, ensuring the office environment supports the firm’s operational needs and long-term objectives.

You will also lead workplace improvement initiatives, office refurbishments and space planning projects, driving continuous improvements to both service delivery and operational efficiency. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing your team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability and outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will have significant Facilities Management leadership experience gained within a law firm or other professional services environment. You will have a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, contractor management, workplace projects and budget management, together with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. IWFM, IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications would be advantageous.
