The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial properties, with a focus on operational excellence, tenant relations, and financial management. This role demands a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to navigate the fast-paced environment of London’s banking district.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, security, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement strategies to optimize income and reduce costs.
Lease Management: Negotiate lease terms, manage renewals, and ensure that lease agreements are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and use insights to inform strategic decisions.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure properties are maintained to high standards.
Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and manage sustainability practices and energy-saving measures to enhance property value and appeal.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management, with a focus on commercial properties.
Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market in London, particularly in the banking district.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
Professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
