Qualifications: 

A degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. However, some employers may consider candidates with equivalent experience and professional qualifications and memberships, such as those offered by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM)
