Project Manager needed for Corporate Firm – Circa £85,000 plus BONUS & Amazing Benefits.
We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager to enhance our client’s dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in leading a significant office renovation project, collaborating effectively with two key team members to ensure a seamless execution.
IT IS ESSENTIAL YOU HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE AS A PROJECT MANAGER WITHIN A LARGE CORPORATE LEGAL FIRM, CORPORATE FINANCIAL SERVICES/BANKING FIRM, CORPORATE ACCOUNTING OR CORPORATE CONSULTING FIRM.
ALSO EXPERIENCE WITH REFURBISHMENTS OR OFFICE RELOCATIONS
Primary Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the logistical aspects of a significant office renovation, ensuring operational continuity.
- Collaborating closely with team members and various departments to guarantee project success.
- Effective communication strategy development for office transitions to ensure staff experiences minimal operational disruption.
- Oversight of project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Ensuring strict adherence to quality, environmental, and safety standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Facilitating all necessary relocations and interactions with external partners.
- Managing the project team effectively, from initiation through to completion.
- Maintaining a detailed log of project tasks, risks, and issues, and providing regular updates to all stakeholders.
- Regularly auditing service delivery standards to maintain high-quality output.
- Overseeing third-party services and costs, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating any project risks.
- Reviewing and suggesting improvements to existing policies and managing space planning activities.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders.
- A proven track record with at least five years in project management, preferably with experience in office renovations or related fields.
- Knowledgeable in the use of project and space management tools.
- A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
- The flexibility to adapt to different leadership styles and the initiative to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to workload management, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
