Responsibilities
- Managing building maintenance for 2 buildings, liaising with Property Management company.
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Manage office refurbishment
- Meeting and event room management
- Managing catering for event spaces
- Ensuring the security of the buildings
- Administration of day-to-day operations

- Experienced in Office Management
- Able to take responsibility and work with teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational & communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Well-presented
- Strong MS Office skills
