  • Managing building maintenance for 2 buildings, liaising with Property Management company.
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Manage office refurbishment
  • Meeting and event room management
  • Managing catering for event spaces
  • Ensuring the security of the buildings
  • Administration of day-to-day operations


  • Experienced in Office Management
  • Able to take responsibility and work with teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding organisational & communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Well-presented
  • Strong MS Office skills
