A leading provider of integrated building solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Engineering Manager to join a dynamic team with a commitment to innovation and sustainability, and delivering cutting-edge HVAC solutions in the heart of the City of London.
You will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems within our commercial and residential properties in the City of London. This key leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in HVAC engineering, project management, and team supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion, cost-effectiveness, and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to deliver successful solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HVAC engineering.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of complex system issues.
- Ensure all systems comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry guidelines, implementing necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
Profile:
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive experience in HVAC engineering and management roles.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
