Responsible for the management of the property estate throughout the United Kingdom, ensuring services and facilities are proactively managed and operated in a safe, secure and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- To ensure smooth delivery of facilities, corporate and property services for all office and branch locations across the United Kingdom.
- To ensure offices and branches are operating safely and effectively in order to provide suitable environments for employees, visitors and customers.
- Using excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with third party service providers.
- Propose, manage and deliver against the annual property services budget, assess and forecast financial performance, including comparison of actuals to projections.
- Line manage and coach all direct reports, including all aspects of performance management, development, conduct, sickness management, appraisals, employee administration and recruitment.
Profile
- Proven experience building and maintaining effective teams and delivering solutions to complex issues.
- At least 5 years experience managing a multi-site Facilities Management and Corporate Services function, as well as procurement and supplier contract negotiations
- 3 years experience in Health and Safety and Environmental management.
- Qualifications in both maths and English as well as a Level 4 Occupational Health and Safety Practice.
