Salary: £50 – £60,000 + Package and Opportunities
You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency including the physical infrastructure and support service in the 40,000 square meter building in Canary Wharf.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the maintenance and security of the building, ensuring tasks are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Plan and deliver a range of maintenance projects to comply with Health and Safety throughout the building.
- Produce project briefs for individual developments, working with Finance to ensure that best value is achieved in respect of building and maintenance work.
- Negotiate with service providers and manage hard and soft services.
Profile
- A qualification within the property, estates, buildings management sector or construction industry e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent. Also be a member of a relevant professional body.
- Up to date knowledge of property related statutory compliance and Health and Safety legislation and procedures.
- Strong IT skills and experience of introducing new systems and procedures.
- Experience in managing multi-service budgets.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in your approach.
