Each month, members earn Kudos points and emoji reactions for their posts — from intelligent advice to laugh-out-loud moments.
At the end of the year, the most respected contributors in each category are crowned at the Front Forum Awards, alongside winners from the Front of House and Office Management communities.

Front Forum is a private members’ network for senior professionals in Front of House, Facilities, Workplace, and Office Management across the corporate sector.
It’s where the people behind the buildings connect — sharing insight, humour, and experience in a secure, invite-only space.
Membership is free for verified professionals.
Who Can Enter
These awards are open exclusively to verified members of FrontForum.co.uk — the private online network for corporate service professionals.
Membership, and therefore eligibility, is by invitation or approval only and limited to those working in-house within:
Law firms
Financial institutions
Insurance companies
Consultancy or professional services firms
Major corporate or fintech headquarters
Members must hold Facilities, Property, or Estates Management roles within these environments.
(Suppliers, and multi-tenant building managers are not unfortunately eligible at this stage)
