A leading Construction & Civil Engineering company are recruiting a Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities
- A strategic focus on developing a five year roadmap for the Facilities and Utilities department, as well as control all budgets and capital investment.
- To be in control of loss analysis and all KPI’s, so the candidate would need to have strong experience with KPI’s, as well as the ability to read KPI’s for trend data.
- To oversee the whole Facilities/Utilities team, as well as negotiate external contracts with service providers.
Profile
- Good experience with Facilities/Utilities Management within a highly regulated GMP environment (Oil and Gas, Breweries, FMCG, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Automotive etc)
- Excellent knowledge of H&S policies, and experience within highly regulated sectors such as the ones listed above.
- Degree qualified
- Engineering qualification (Ideally IOSH, NEBOSH etc.)
- Leadership Experience
